Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Order Cancellations

In compliance with UK Law Customers can cancel orders within 7 calendar days of placing an order, refund will occur within 30 working days.

 

The customer will have to pay any additional shipping costs incurred. The payment merchant will charge a penalty charge, which will be paid by the customer.

 

We operate a money back guarantee on damaged goods.

 

If the product is damaged or not what was ordered please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Please ensure all items are returned in original packaging and products are in the same condition as received

 

As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

 

No Refund will be granted under the following conditions.

 

If the item has been accidentally damaged by the customer.

 

If the item has been misused and has caused a fault, no refund will be given.

 

If the item has been damaged by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do the repair.

 

 

Guarantee & Warranty

In the event of product failure the details of the manufacturer will be provided to you for after sales service and repair or replacement.
